ROTISSERIE STYLE CHICKEN


Whole chicken (innards removed, of course)
2 cups water
1 chicken bouillon cube
Seasoning mix of your choice- like Lawry’s seasoning salt, McCormick’s Rotisserie Chicken, Emeril’s Essence, Garlic Pepper, Lemon Pepper.
Place chicken in bean pot. Add water and bouillon. Cover chicken with seasonings. Cover and microwave 30 minutes.

Nacho Chicken Soup

1 bag chicken fajita frozen chicken/dice it up
2 cans Rotel
1 can Campbell's Nacho Cheese soup
2 cups frozen corn
1 can black beans/rinsed and drained
1 can chicken broth

Mix all ingredients in the Bean Pot and put in microwave for 10 to 15 minutes. 
Serve over tortilla chips with cheese shreds.

8 minute Bean Pot Brownie - microwave

* Any regular 9 x 13 Brownie Mix
* Eggs, water & oil as the box states
* Your Favorite candy bar (cut in bite size pieces)

* Directions:
* Mix all ingredients completely in the Tortilla Casserole or your Magic Bean Pot. (except candy) DO NOT GREASE THE DISH
* Once all mixed together, add your favorite candy bar to the brownie mix & stir.
* Bake for 8 minutes in the microwave with the lid on....

* Serve with ice cream or whipped topping....Easy!
* What an awesome way to satisfy that chocolate craving....ENJOY

Lemon Pepper Chicken

2-4 Chicken Breast
1 tbsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning Salt
 
Place chicken breast in bean pot, sprinkle with Lemon Pepper seasoning salt. Cover and microwave for 10 minutes.

Bean Pot Egg Casserole

Ingredients:
12 large eggs
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup milk
6-8 slices of cooked bacon or crumbled sausage
salt/pepper to taste
Directions:
 Put all ingredients the in bean pot & scramble. Place lid on bean pot and microwave for 4 minutes.  Take out of microwave and re-scramble. Replace in microwave and cook on high for 5-6 minutes

Easy Bean Pot Meatballs

Ingredients:
•1 package (12 ounces) frozen fully cooked Italian meatballs, thawed
•1 cup KC Masterpiece® or favorite sauce
•1/2 cup sweet-and-sour sauce

Directions
•Place the meatballs in a Bean Pot cover and microwave on high for 3-4 minutes or until heated through. In a small bowl, combine the sauces
• Pour over meatballs; cover and microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Yield: 2 dozen.

Chicken Taco soup in the Bean Pot

8 chicken tenderloins in Bean Pot
Microwave 15 minutes
Add one can black beans (rinsed)
1 can corn
1 can diced tomatoes
8 ounces of uncooked egg noodles
1 1/2 cups of water
Two packs of taco seasoning.
Stir and microwave 10 minutes - dinner is served
 

Candy Bar Brownie

Ingredients and Directions:
Mix together one brownie mix following box instructions
Place in a bean pot
Put the lid on and microwave for about 8 minutes.
While cooking, chop up 2 of your favorite candy bars and set aside. Remove from microwave when... done. Take the lid off and sprinkle chopped candy over brownie.
Let set for a minute and then scoop and serve with ice cream!
This one is made with butterfingers candy bars, but peanut butter cups, snicker bars all good

Bean Pot Peach Cobbler

Ingredients & Directions:
1 can peaches (do not drain)...put in bottom of bean pot
sprinkle yellow cake mix over peaches -
slice 1/2 to 1 stick of butter and place on top
Sprinkle Cinnamon on top if desired
Place lid on Bean Pot and microwave 4 minutes (stir, leaving peaches on bottom) return to microwave for 4 minutes
Enjoy

Salsa Chicken

Ingredients:
2 diced raw chicken breasts
1 can of corn (drained)
1 can of black beans (drained)
1 small jar of salsa
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in Bean Pot and stir
2. Microwave on high for 18 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly
3.Serve over rice, noodles or in flour or wheat tortillas with sour cream and shredded cheese

Chicken Taco Chili

Ingredients:
1 onion (chopped)
1 can Black Beans (16 oz.)
1 can Kidney Beans (16 oz.)
1 can Tomato Sauce (8 oz.)
1 package Frozen Corn (10 oz.)
2 cans Diced Tomatoes with Chilies (14.5 oz.)
1 package Taco Seasoning
1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
3 Chicken Breasts (24 oz.)

Directions:
Cook the chicken and shred it - place it in the bean pot. Add all other ingredients in the bean pot and
cook in the microwave for 15 minutes.

Mexican Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:
 
1 Bag of Frito’s
2 Cans of Chicken Breasts
2 Cups Of Grated Mexican Style Cheese
1 Small Can of Chiles
1 Large Can of Enchilada Sauce
... Olives (Optional)
 
Directions:

 Layer all ingredients twice in Bean Pot….Place in Microwave for 15-20 minutes.

Serve with Sour Cream and Salsa

 

Bean Pot German Chocolate Delight

Ingredients:
1 box German Chocolate cake mix (mixed with eggs, oil and water as called for on the box)
1 Can German Chocolate Coconut Pecan Frosting
Ice Cream....optional
 
Directions: 
Put the dry cake mix in the bean pot and add the... eggs, oil and water that the recipe on the box calls for. Stir well.
Open the can of frosting and drop lumps over the top of the raw cake mix. Use the entire can....no need to stir
Put the top on the Bean Pot and microwave for 12 minutes - take out of the microwave and serve warm with ice cream on top - when scooping out of Bean Pot - make sure you get the gooey topping which has gone to the bottom of the pot.

Bean Pot Sausage Casserole (Best Around)

Ingredients:
2 lbs Tennessee Pride Sausage (browned and drained)
2 cans Cream of Celery Soup
2 cans Cream of Potato Soup
1 cup minute Rice
2 cups shredded Cheese
 
Directions:
Put all the ingredients in the Bean Pot and stir well - put lid on Bean Pot and microwave for 7 minutes....stir well and microwave for an additional 5 minutes....it's ready to serve, add more cheese on top if desired.....It's a yummy family favoriteSee More

Bean Pot Corn on the Cob

Fresh or Frozen Corn on the cobs
1/2 to 1 stick of butter (depending on how many corn on the cob you are cooking)


Put the corn in the Bean Pot and add the butter. Put the top on and microwave for 10 minutes - Best Corn on the Cob you will ever eat in this short of a preparation time.
