Bean Pot Chicken Gyros

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 onion, diced...
1/4 cup water
1 tablespon olive oil
2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
Place chicken tenderloins inside bean pot. Mix remaining ingredients together in a bowl and pour over chicken tenderloins. Cook on 350 for 1 hour or microwave for 15 minutes. Shred chicken and serve with pocket-less pita bread, sliced tomatoes, sliced onions, sliced cucumbers, lettuce.
