Pineapple Casserole

1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
½ cup sugar
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup butter or margarine melted
½ cup Ritz crackers
3 T all-purpose flour

Drain Pineapple and reserve 3 T. juice
Combine sugar and flour then stir in reserved pineapple juice
Add cheese and pineapple and mix well. Put mixture in Bean Pot
Combine butter and cracker crumbs and put on top of mixture
Bake 350 for 20 – 30 minutes with lid off
