Berries and Cream Jell-O Salad

1 (6 oz.) box raspberry Jell-O
2 cups boiling water
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, un-drained
1 (21 oz.) can blueberry pie filling
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Fresh berries for garnish (I used blackberries, but any berries work) 

Mix together the box of Jell-O and boiling water in a large bowl. Stir until all Jell-O is dissolved. Mix in can of pineapple and can of pie filling until combined. Pour Jell-O mixture into a 9x13 pan and refrigerate until set (about 4-5 hours). 
Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla and beat until smooth. Place a spoonful of cream on each serving. Garnish with fresh berries.
