Bean Pot Salsa Chicken

1 1/2 lbs boneless chicken cut in bite size pieces
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 cups Instant Brown Rice
1 cup water
1 24 oz jar Salsa
Cheddar Cheese shredded
Brown chicken in oil. Place rice and water in Bean Pot. Stir; place browned chicken on top of rice. Add salsa, cover and microwave on high for 15 minutes. Top with shredded cheese
