Snickers Salad
I put this in a chilled Bean Pot - the tart taste of the Granny Smith is not so tart with all the sweetness surrounding - I also use a 5 or 6 pack of mini Snickers, add more if desired so it's not such a costly dessert.
1 8 o...z cream cheese softened
1 Cup powdered sugar
1 12 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
6 Snickers candy bars, cut in pieces
4-6 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored & chopped
In bean pot, mix cream cheese & powdered sugar, fold in Cool Whip. Add the Snickers pieces
and apples. Mix well.
